RoCA is located in the historic Court Avenue district of Downtown Des Moines, which is also its namesake: Restaurant on Court Ave = RoCA. It’s located in a historic building that was built before 1865. The restaurant was opened in 2014, and now they are a top pick in the Des Moines area, known for their shared plates, beautiful boards, and delicious craft cocktails.
